The colony manager with a headset

Tolly is an Atlantic puffin. Puffins nest in huge cliff colonies of connected burrows: every pair has its own home, but the colony works as one. That is a mortgage company in a sentence. The headset is for the AI Engine: Tolly answers the calls, chats and DMs nobody else can get to.
