Data Requests (Privacy Rights)

Use this page to exercise privacy rights available under US state privacy laws, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA.

What you can ask

  • Know and access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your information
  • Get a portable copy
  • Opt out of sale or sharing (we don’t sell or share)

How to make a request

Send your request through the contact page with the subject “Privacy request”, the email address you used with us, and what you are asking for. Authorized agents should include proof of authorization.

Verification and timing

We verify requests by matching information we already have, usually by email. We respond within the time your state’s law requires (generally 45 days, extendable once where allowed) and explain if we can’t fulfil part of a request.

If you are a borrower of one of our clients

If you contacted a lender or loan officer whose website we run, that business controls your data. Contact them directly; we will help them respond.

This policy is written in plain language for transparency. It is reviewed periodically and before launch by counsel; if anything here conflicts with your signed agreement, the agreement controls.
