Refund & Cancellation Policy
Plain answers on what happens to money and data when plans change or end.
Minimum term and cancellation
Monthly plans have a 3-month minimum term. After that, cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice; the plan ends at the end of the notice period.
Setup fees
Setup fees cover planning, writing, design, build and migration work. They are refundable in full if you cancel before the kickoff call, and non-refundable once work has started.
Annual plans
Annual plans are paid up front at a 15% discount. If you cancel in the first 30 days after launch, we refund the unused months minus the discount you received; after that, annual plans run to the end of the term.
Launch-date guarantee
If we miss the launch date we agreed in writing, your monthly fee pauses until the site is live. The date is the one agreed in writing at kickoff, and it moves if required content, data or approvals arrive late.
Usage fees
Carrier messaging fees and AI Receptionist minutes over the included amount are non-refundable once incurred.
Your data after cancellation
Export anytime. After cancellation we provide a full export within 30 days on request, then delete account data according to our retention schedule. Your domain stays yours; we help point it wherever you choose.
How to cancel
Email support (see the contact page) or tell your account manager in writing. We confirm by email.
This policy is written in plain language for transparency. It is reviewed periodically and before launch by counsel; if anything here conflicts with your signed agreement, the agreement controls.
